1. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. For most orders, please allow up to 3 - 4 business days for local & up to 2 working weeks for the international delivery. However, in most cases, orders arrive well before the maximum time frame. If you have any questions or need assistance with tracking your order, please contact us. We will respond within 24 hours to your email.
2. What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please note that certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. For more information, please refer to our refund policy.
3. How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, please contact us at info@essalanshop.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Customers are liable to pay return shipping fees.
4. Can I exchange an item?
Yes, subject to return policy you can exchange an item. The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
5. How long does it take to receive a refund?
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If your return is approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
